Open Position: Project Manager

Viva Digital is a client-centred digital agency with a focus on web design, digital marketing and branding. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Digital Project Manager for permanent role to join our production team working with some of the most exciting organisations and brands in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:
Contacting clients via phone and email, discussing design and development progress
Quoting clients on a range of digital services
Project management – assigning tasks to designers, developers and team members
Managing projects within Asana and recording client communication
Meeting with clients to discuss new & existing projects
Reporting to operations manager and other team members

Qualifications:
At least 2 years digital project management or technical production experience, ideally working within a digital agency
Experience managing multiple website builds and campaigns at one time
Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp and other digital platforms is important
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing trends
An understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a bonus
An interest in the User Experience
Excellent communication skills & phone manner
Ability to work well within a team and give directions clearly to other members
Highly motivated, proactive and autonomous with a ‘can do’ attitude
Exceptional organisation and follow-through

Starting with 20 hours per week (flexible and to be agreed), with the possibility of full time.
This is a remote position. Must be able to attend meetings on the Sunshine Coast at least one day per week.
Salary negotiable on experience.
